THE Empire's 2024 season continues this Friday with the screening of The Ugly Truth, rated 15.

A romantically challenged morning show producer is reluctantly embroiled in a series of outrageous tests by her chauvinistic correspondent to prove his theories on relationships and help her find love.

Starring Katherine Heidi, Gerard Butler, Bruce Turner, doors open at 7.15pm for 7.45 pm. All seats are £7.50.

On Saturday, February 17, the Autism Friendly Cinema showing will be the PG-rated blockbuster The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

Doors open at 2.30pm for 3pm. All seats are £1.

The kids films for the half term begin on Monday, February 19. For all showings, doors open at 10am for a start time 10.30am. All seats are £3.

The Mighty Ducks is showing on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

On Wednesday, the 2023 mega-hit Barbie will be screening.

Doors will open at 2pm for 2.30, all seats costing £7.50.

On Friday, February 23, The Empire will be showing Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Toon star Roger is worried that his wife Jessica is playing pattercake with someone else. This great family film underwent groundbreaking interaction between classic animated characters and live action with Bob Hoskins taking the lead.

Doors once again open at 10am for 10.30am. All seats cost £3.

The Empire team has also apologised for the lack of film programmes as they undergo new graphic designs.
