A THEATRE group has hired two new professional coaches.
Leanne Field and Rudi Last will both teach singing at Frederick Douglas Performing Arts Academy, based at the Empire Theatre in Halstead.
Rudi has just returned from Singapore where he was a dancer at Universal Studios, while Leanne is a professional singer and singing teacher who has appeared in the London production of Matilda.
The theatre company has also been visiting care homes in the area with its Music and Movement sessions.
Participants experiment with different types of instruments such as rhythm sticks, egg shakers, and bells.
The academy is hosting an open morning at the theatre on Saturday from 10.30am.
